Working with worldwide organizations in the highly competitive fiber optics industry, we have made "Total Customer Satisfaction" our top priority. At OptiWorks, we create Customer Focused Teams (CFT) to constantly attend to and to focus on your current and changing needs and requirements.


Key elements to the CFT approach include:
  • The Regional Manager is our channel person who keeps issues in priority and focus, communicates directly with you and works hand-in-hand with your team to ensure that the key requirements for your satisfaction are implemented in a timely and efficient manner, including: Quality, On-Time-Delivery, Competitive Costing, Responsiveness, Flexibility and Range of Services.

  • The CFT for each customer we serve includes representatives from various departments, including Marketing, Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality Assurance and Customer Service.

Right from the beginning, the CFT will work closely with you and your team to determine goals and objectives. The team will work with you to create opportunities for continuous cost and product improvements.
